Tyson Fury vs. Dillian Whyte fight card, start time, channel guide

Boxers Tyson Fury and Dillian Whyte battle for the WBC and Ring Magazine heavyweight title on Saturday, April 23. Here’s how to watch.

Tyson Fury, ‘The Gypsy King,’ defends his WBC and Ring heavyweight boxing titles against Dillian Whyte.

Fury (31-0-1, 22 KOs) earned his WBC belt in 2020 after stopping Deontay Wilder via round 7 TKO. He successfully defended it against Wilder in their 2021 trilogy bout by round 11 KO.

Whyte (28-2, 19 KOs) holds the WBC interim title but has never held a major world belt. He has languished as the WBC’s number one contender for years but contracted bouts, and his shocking 2020 defeat against Alexander Povetkin delayed his progress.

Whyte avenged his loss to Povetkin in his previous outing by TKO, but his two career losses make him the underdog.

Still, heavyweight boxers have a penchant for producing knockouts, so the expectation of a stoppage between Fury and Whyte is high. Add in Fury’s on-and-off statements regarding retirement makes this fight a wildcard.

Fury vs. Whyte should produce fireworks. Here’s how to watch their championship showdown.
